Director of Residential Program & Compliance
Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Prefer Master’s degree. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and attachment challenges is required. Coursework in behavior modification is a plus. Experience providing compliance management preferred. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity.
Hours of Duty: Generally 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday – Friday. Additional hours of work may be required. This position is an Exempt, benefited position scheduled 40 hours per week.
Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and attachment challenges is preferred. Demonstrates knowledge of outcomes-based treatment philosophy.
Hours of Duty: Generally 1:00PM to 9:00PM, weekdays; 10AM-6PM every other weekend.
Additional hours of work may be required to fulfill job duties. This position is an exempt, benefited position requiring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Must be available for public and fund raising events held for the benefit of organization.
$9.50 Starting Wage. Chileda Institute is currently hiring for Program Assistants. We are seeking patient and creative individuals who are committed to providing opportunities for growth and independence to youth with significant behavioral challenges. Experience preferred but not required.
We have openings available on First Shift (8:30am-3:30pm); Second Shift (generally 3:30pm-9pm or midnight); and Third Shift (generally midnight to 8:30am). Weekend and holiday hours are required.
